Terms & Conditions, Rules & Regulations

Effective Date: [1-Jan-2026]

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between Future Education Group (hereinafter referred to as "Institute", "Future Education", "We", "Us", or "Our") and all students, parents/guardians, applicants, visitors, and users (hereinafter referred to as "Student" or "You"). By enrolling, registering, accessing facilities, attending classes, or using any service provided by the Institute, You expressly agree to comply with and be bound by the terms set forth herein.


1. General Overview

1.1 Purpose and Legal Intent

These Terms & Conditions and Rules & Regulations are framed to establish a transparent, disciplined, and professional academic ecosystem. The objective is to safeguard academic standards, protect institutional integrity, define mutual rights and obligations, and ensure uniform governance across all centers of Future Education Group.

1.2 Applicability and Binding Nature

These terms apply to:

  1. All enrolled students (offline, online, hybrid modes)
  2. Parents or legal guardians (in case of minors)
  3. Faculty members, trainers, and administrative staff
  4. Visitors and third-party associates

Compliance is mandatory within institute premises, digital platforms, training locations, internships, placement activities, and any institute-authorized event.


2. Admission and Enrollment Policy

2.1 Eligibility and Verification

Admission shall be granted strictly as per course eligibility criteria prescribed by the Institute. Submission of incorrect, forged, misleading, or incomplete information shall result in immediate cancellation of admission without refund and may attract legal consequences.

2.2 Right to Admission

The Institute reserves absolute discretion to accept or reject any admission application without assigning any reason. Admission shall be deemed confirmed only upon receipt of full or agreed course fees and issuance of official acknowledgment.

2.3 Course Structure and Modifications

Future Education reserves the right to revise curriculum, course content, training methodology, duration, schedules, trainers, batch size, or mode of delivery to maintain academic relevance or due to operational exigencies.


3. Student Code of Conduct

3.1 Professional and Ethical Conduct

Students must maintain discipline, dignity, and respectful conduct at all times. Any act of misconduct including abuse, harassment, intimidation, discrimination, defamation, or disruption shall invite strict disciplinary action, including suspension or termination.

3.2 Academic Integrity and Misconduct

The Institute follows a zero-tolerance policy towards academic dishonesty including plagiarism, cheating, proxy attendance, falsification of documents, or misuse of academic resources. Such violations may lead to withholding of certificates, expulsion, and legal action.


4. Attendance, Punctuality, and Discipline

4.1 Attendance Requirements

Students are required to maintain minimum attendance as prescribed for each course. Failure to do so may render the student ineligible for assessments, certifications, or placement assistance.

4.2 Punctuality and Classroom Discipline

Late arrivals, early departures, or habitual indiscipline shall be treated as a breach of conduct and may adversely affect academic evaluation or continuation.


5. Academic Policies and Evaluation

5.1 Assessment and Examination Rules

All examinations, assignments, projects, and evaluations shall be conducted as per defined academic guidelines. Results declared by the Institute shall be final and binding.

5.2 Projects, Assignments, and Intellectual Property

All submissions must be original. While intellectual property remains with the student, the Institute reserves the right to use anonymized academic work for internal training, quality review, or promotional purposes.


6. Use of Infrastructure, Technology, and Facilities

6.1 Institute Property and Assets

Students shall exercise due care while using classrooms, labs, computers, and other facilities. Any damage or loss caused shall be recoverable from the student.

6.2 IT Systems and Internet Usage

Unauthorized access, data manipulation, cyber misconduct, installation of unlicensed software, or access to prohibited content is strictly forbidden and may result in legal prosecution.


7. Placement Assistance – Legal Disclaimer

Placement assistance is provided as a facilitation service only and does not constitute a guarantee of employment. Placement outcomes depend on multiple factors including student performance, attendance, skill competency, interview performance, employer requirements, and market conditions. The Institute bears no responsibility for employer decisions, salary packages, job continuity, or workplace conditions.


8. Government and Third-Party Certifications

Certification issuance is subject to eligibility criteria, examination performance, and approval by government or third-party authorities. The Institute shall not be liable for delays, rejection, or changes imposed by certifying bodies.


9. Student Support Services

9.1 Counseling and Mentorship

Counseling and mentoring services are advisory in nature and do not replace professional medical or psychological treatment.

9.2 Remedial and Additional Support

Extra classes or remedial sessions may be offered at the Institute’s discretion and subject to availability.


10. Safety, Security, and Liability

10.1 Personal Safety and Belongings

Students are responsible for their personal belongings. The Institute shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage.

10.2 Emergency and Force Majeure

The Institute shall not be held liable for disruptions caused by natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, strikes, or other force majeure events.


11. Grievance Redressal Mechanism

All grievances must be submitted through official channels. The Institute shall endeavor to resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe. Anonymous or malicious complaints may not be entertained.


12. Privacy and Data Protection

All personal data shall be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the Institute’s Privacy Policy. Enrollment implies consent for lawful data usage.


13. Suspension, Termination, and Disciplinary Action

The Institute reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment without refund for misconduct, policy violations, non-payment of fees, or actions damaging institutional reputation.


14. Limitation of Liability

Future Education Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in courses, placement assistance, or third-party services.


15. Amendments and Updates

These terms may be amended at any time without prior notice. Updated terms shall be binding upon publication.


16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of the Institute shall have exclusive jurisdiction.


Refund & Cancellation Policy

17. General Policy

All fees paid to Future Education Group are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by authorized management.

18. Student-Initiated Cancellation

If a student voluntarily withdraws, discontinues, or fails to attend classes after enrollment, no refund shall be applicable under any circumstances.

19. Institute-Initiated Cancellation

In the event the Institute cancels a course due to operational reasons, regulatory changes, or insufficient enrollment, proportionate refund (if any) shall be decided solely by the management.

20. Non-Refundable Components

Registration fees, admission fees, examination fees, certification charges, learning materials, and administrative costs are strictly non-refundable.

21. Force Majeure Clause

No refund shall be applicable for interruptions caused due to events beyond the Institute’s control, including but not limited to natural calamities, government restrictions, pandemics, or technical failures.

22. Mode and Timeline of Refunds

Approved refunds, if any, shall be processed within a reasonable timeframe through the original mode of payment or as determined by the Institute.


Acknowledgment

By enrolling at Future Education Group, the Student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, Rules & Regulations, and Refund & Cancellation Policy.


Future Education Group reserves all rights not expressly stated herein.
