1. Future Education Group understands that circumstances may arise which require a student to seek a refund for their online course tuition fees only..

2. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the administration office within 30 days of the course start date.

3. If a student withdraws from the course within the first week of online classes, they will be eligible for a full refund of tuition fees, minus any non-refundable administrative fees.

4. No refunds will be provided after the first week of classes has concluded.

5. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the approval of the refund request.

6. No refunds will be provided for the live classes at any branches.

7. Future Education Group reserves the right to withhold refunds in cases where a student has violated the institute's code of conduct or academic integrity policies.
