Refund Policy

This Refund Policy ("Policy") forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions of Future Education Group (hereinafter referred to as the "Institute", "Future Education", "We", "Us", or "Our"). This Policy governs all refund-related matters concerning fees paid by students for courses and services offered by the Institute. By enrolling in any course or program, the student acknowledges, understands, and agrees to be bound by this Refund Policy.


1. Purpose and Scope

The objective of this Refund Policy is to establish a transparent, fair, and legally compliant framework governing refund eligibility, timelines, exclusions, and administrative procedures. This Policy is designed to protect the interests of both the Institute and enrolled students while ensuring clarity prior to enrollment.

This Policy applies exclusively to online course tuition fees, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by authorized management. All other fees and services are governed by non-refundability clauses as outlined herein.


2. Eligibility for Refund

2.1 Online Courses Only

Refunds, where applicable, shall be considered only for online courses offered by Future Education Group. Fees paid for classroom-based, live, hybrid, or branch-level training programs are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

2.2 Time-Bound Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted in written form (email or official application) to the Institute’s administration office within thirty (30) days from the official course commencement date. Requests received beyond this period shall not be entertained.

Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval and shall be subject to verification and compliance with this Policy.


3. Refund Approval Criteria

3.1 Withdrawal Within Initial Access Period

If a student voluntarily withdraws from an online course within the first seven (7) calendar days of commencement of online classes, the student may be eligible for a full refund of tuition fees, subject to deduction of:

  1. Non-refundable administrative charges
  2. Registration fees
  3. Payment gateway or processing charges

3.2 Withdrawal After Initial Access Period

No refunds shall be granted if the withdrawal request is submitted after completion of the first week of online classes, irrespective of attendance, course progress, or personal reasons.


4. Non-Refundable Fees and Services

The following fees and services are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances:

  1. Admission and registration fees
  2. Administrative and processing fees
  3. Live classroom or branch-based training fees
  4. Certification, examination, and assessment fees
  5. Learning materials, digital resources, or recorded content once accessed
  6. Promotional or discounted course fees


5. Exclusion – Live and Branch-Based Classes

No refunds shall be issued for:

  1. Live instructor-led classes conducted at any branch
  2. Classroom-based or hybrid training programs
  3. Workshops, seminars, boot camps, or short-term live sessions

Enrollment in live or branch-based programs constitutes irrevocable acceptance of non-refundability.


6. Disciplinary and Policy Violations

Future Education Group reserves the absolute right to withhold or deny any refund in cases where a student:

  1. Violates the Institute’s Code of Conduct
  2. Engages in academic misconduct or plagiarism
  3. Misuses institutional resources
  4. Submits false information or documentation
  5. Causes reputational or operational harm to the Institute

In such cases, termination of enrollment may occur without any financial liability on the Institute.


7. Refund Processing and Timelines

7.1 Approval Procedure

All refund requests are subject to internal review, verification, and approval by authorized management. The decision of the Institute shall be final and binding.

7.2 Processing Timeline

Approved refunds, if any, shall be processed within thirty (30) working days from the date of approval, and not from the date of request.

7.3 Mode of Refund

Refunds shall be issued through the original mode of payment or through an alternative method as determined by the Institute. Cash refunds are not permitted.


8. Force Majeure and Exceptional Circumstances

No refunds shall be applicable for disruptions or discontinuation caused due to events beyond the control of the Institute, including but not limited to:

  1. Natural disasters
  2. Pandemics or public health emergencies
  3. Government orders or regulatory restrictions
  4. Technical failures beyond reasonable control


9. Right to Amend Policy

Future Education Group reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any revisions shall be effective immediately upon publication on the Institute’s official website or notice boards.


10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Future Education Group shall have exclusive jurisdiction in all matters arising out of this Policy.


11. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By enrolling in any course or program at Future Education Group, the student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted this Refund Policy in full, without coercion or reservation.


This Refund Policy is legally binding and forms an essential part of the Institute’s academic and administrative framework.
